The Safety Inspector is the 9th worker. He adds safety rules in the factory and protect it from dangerous stuff. And some boxes can be illegal, but this guy with the white hat on will get rid of dangerous (illegal) boxes. And Packers and Robots will be careful of dangerous items, but they will pack the right items like toys, candy and clothes. The Safety Inspector will get in charge of the workers, but they don't pack items if illegal things like hacked items, rockets or other stuff if illegal. And they will pack toys and sweets if this worker will help and also he may pack great items! He is a upgraded Manager with more cost and production.
